Edward Blackman
Edward’s experience as a clinical NHS member of staff & recruiter, first in the UK and now in Australia, spans over 15 years. When he saw the transactional nature of existing agencies, he knew he wanted to create an environment where quality workers were supported, encouraged and rewarded for their hard work.
Business grew at a rapid and solid pace in line with meeting the empathy and professionalism gap in this important industry. Now in commercial premises with a growing team, Edward is seeing his aspiration come to grow — he’s created a place where both healthcare and internal staff feel seen, heard, and respected.
