I’m the Managing Director and Owner of Your Nurse Australia, a healthcare recruitment business built on one simple belief: when you genuinely look after clinicians, better care follows.

With more than 15 years’ experience across healthcare recruitment and clinical environments, including extensive time working in the United Kingdom, I bring a rare mix of clinical understanding and commercial leadership. My background spans medicine, nursing, hospital operations, and workforce management, which means I understand the realities on both sides of the staffing equation — not just on paper, but on the ground.

Since founding Your Nurse Australia, I’ve grown the business into a trusted national partner, particularly within residential aged care. Along the way, I’ve built and scaled a high-performing temporary staffing division, negotiated complex contracts and SLAs, and designed robust compliance, payroll, and governance frameworks that balance speed, safety, and integrity. I remain deliberately hands-on, supporting clients and teams 24/7, 365 days a year, because healthcare doesn’t stop — and neither do we.

My strengths sit at the intersection of strategy and execution: business and account management, operational design, learning and development, performance delivery, and building resilient teams in high-pressure environments.
