About the Role
Your Nurse Australia is seeking compassionate and dedicated Assistants in Nursing (AINs) for rewarding contract opportunities across Regional and Rural New South Wales.

Opportunities to work in a variety of residential aged care facilities
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality personal care to residents.
Assist with activities of daily living, including showering, dressing, grooming and toileting.
Support residents with mobility and transfers using safe manual handling techniques.
Assist with meals, hydration and feeding where required.
Observe and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing to the Registered Nurse.
Accurately document care provided.
Promote resident independence, dignity and choice.
Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and the broader care team.
Comply with all facility policies, procedures and Aged Care Quality Standards.
Essential Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Certificate III in Aged Care, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 6 months' experience working in residential aged care.
Current National Police Check.
NDIS Worker Screening Check (where required).
Current CPR Certificate.
Current Manual Handling Certificate.
Current Influenza Vaccination.
COVID-19 Vaccination (where required by the facility).
Full Australian working rights.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, resident-focused approach.
