Minimum 6 months experience as FSA worker in Residential Aged Care
Safe Food Handling Certificate
Strict about hygiene and complying with food safety, safe work regulations and standards.
Cleaners - previous experience as cleaner in Residential Aged Care Facilities
Min 3 Covid 19 Vaccinations
Flu Vaccine in the last 12 months
Recent police check
Tasks & responsibilities
Performing all food handling duties in accordance with Foodsafe Hygiene Regulations
Ability to multi-task and perform duties within deadlines
Empathy and respect towards aged care residents and staff
Ability to support the chefs and team in a busy kitchen
Cleaning of kitchen, serveries and dining room setup
Washing dishes and plating of meals
Food and beverage services
Prepare food in the main kitchen
Cleaners - General cleaning of resident rooms and other areas
