About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker, you will:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Attend to ADL's
Monitor resident wellbeing and report changes to Registered Nurse.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Work collaboratively with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.

What You'll Need
Current Cert III/IV in Aged Care/Individual Support or equivalent
Australian aged care experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Current National Police Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current vaccinations as required
Full Australian working rights
