Registered Nurse – Aged Care
📍 Port Broughton, South Australia
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our aged care team in Port Broughton. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a close-knit coastal community while providing high-quality, resident-focused care.
About the Role:

Deliver safe and effective clinical care to aged care residents

Conduct assessments, develop and review care plans

Administer medications and oversee clinical documentation

Provide leadership and support to care staff

Liaise with families, GPs, and allied health professionals
-
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC requirements
About You:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Previous aged care experience (preferred)

Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
